What to Wear
Please bring a water bottle with you to stay hydrated during and after your sauna session. We will provide you with bamboo charcoal wraps and towels. For your protection and the protection of our clients, you must wear the wrap throughout your session. Since you may sweat, consider wearing items that are easier to put on after your session. No shoes or outside food or drink are permitted in the sauna, only water.
C O N T R A I N D I C A T I O N S
Consult physician prior to use if you are using any drugs. Do not use if pregnant, have a pacemaker or defibrillator, serious inflammation, a fever, a communicable disease, acute bleeding, or intoxicated.
Contrary to popular belief, it is not advisable to attempt to “sweat out” a hangover. Alcohol intoxication decreases a person’s judgment; therefore, he/she may not realize when the body has a negative reaction to high heat. Alcohol also increases the heart rate, which maybe further increased by heat stress.
Always stay hydrated. Drink plenty of water before and after any session. Please discontinue the use of the sauna if you feel light-headed, dizzy or heat exhausted. Sessions should never exceed the time set. You should never have a Cryotherapy Treatment after a Infrared Therapy Session.
